Find quick answers to common questions about using Elli.

How does Elli determine eligibility?

Elli analyzes the flight details and disruption information you provide against EU 261/2004, Canada APPR, and US DOT regulations. The assessment is generated by AI and is informational only — it is not legal advice and does not guarantee a specific outcome.

How many checks can I run?

Your first two eligibility checks are free. After that, a one-time lifetime purchase unlocks unlimited checks for every flight you take.

How do I save a claim?

After an assessment is generated, tap 'Save to my claims' on the results page. Saved claims appear in your Dashboard, where you can update their status or export them.

How do I export my claims?

Open the Dashboard and use the export button to download your saved claims as a CSV file, which you can open in any spreadsheet app.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Profile page and use the account deletion option. This permanently removes your account and saved claims from our systems.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details — Stripe handles that securely on our behalf.

What if my assessment says I'm eligible?

If Elli finds you're likely eligible, follow the next steps provided in the results to file a claim directly with your airline and, if needed, with the relevant authority (CTA, ECC/national enforcement body, or US DOT).
