Flight Claims by Elli ("Elli," "we," "us") is a web application that helps you assess potential compensation for flight disruptions under EU 261/2004, Canada APPR, and US DOT regulations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information: Your email address and name when you register or sign in.
• Flight details: Information you enter into the eligibility checker, such as airline, flight number, departure and arrival airports, flight date, and disruption details.
• Assessment results: The eligibility outcome and compensation estimate generated for your flight, if you choose to save it to your claims dashboard.
• Usage data: Anonymous analytics events (for example, that a check was completed or a claim was saved) to help us improve the service.
• Payment data: When you purchase unlimited access, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; Stripe handles that on our behalf.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate flight compensation eligibility assessments.
• To save and display your saved claims in your dashboard.
• To process payments for unlimited access via Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.
• To analyze usage trends and improve Elli.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate Elli — such as Stripe for payment processing and our hosting and database providers — and when required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards.

Data Retention

We retain your account and saved claims for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which removes your account and associated saved claims from our systems.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the Contact page.

Children's Privacy

Elli is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
